As a Creative Director at Mirrorball, Allison leads a team of designers focused on developing strategic and culturally relevant creative solutions for some of the world’s largest brands. Her primary objective is to look beyond the brief, and dig deep to find creative solutions that will help brands reach their fullest potential. “Millennials don’t trust brands,” she says, “so we have to create concepts that align with the emotional objectives of their core consumers.”
